We had a stress free week. Here we lost all track of time and days. The apartment is well equipped with everything we needed. Loved the garden and the views and the hot tub WOW!! Sandra and Graham were very helpful and hospitable. We will definitely return. |

2nd September 2011 - We've had a glorious two weeks here. La Bellota is a little gem! Having been to the Chester apartment, we thought it would be! but the view and tranquillity have been wonderful. Our first trip to Andalucia - but it wont be our last! The mountains and views are fabulous.
If you are at all horse minded the show at 'El Ranchito' is brilliant!
As for Sandra and Graham - they are the most perfect owners! So welcoming and helpful yet unobtrusive!
Thank you so much both of you - we feel as if we've known you for ages!

2nd July 2011 - "Thank you for a wonderful week. We wanted a week to chill and spend some quality time together and we have certainly done that. Your welcome was awesome and made us feel at home straight away. One week was certainly not enough though :-(
Sorry if we have worn out the hot tub but we started and finished each day gazing over the mountains and the starry sky counting satellites.
We have fallen in love with Mijas. It is a lovely village and the people are so friendly.
We hope to be ringing you soon to arrange another visit. Thank you .." |

It has been a short but intense weekend. The nights in the hot tub have been magical. Sandra and Graham thanks for making us feel a bit like in the UK!! ha ha!! (without rain though!)
I hope we can email you soon saying " we already live in London!"

We like to say: We thank you for the warm welcome.
Alhaurin was a beautiful place to spend our holidays. We visited Gibraltar, Granada, Ronda, Malaga, Marbella, Torremolinos, Fuengirola, Mijas Mountains, Antequera, Motril, Nerja and some more small villages, which was so very beautiful.
The apartment is very luxurious and very nice. I liked the jacuzzi very much. We walked the streets in this area which are very steep and our legs are hurting. In the Netherlands we are not used to hills and mountains, because The Netherlands are very flat like a dime!
I hope next visitors will enjoy their stay as much as we did. |

Great spot and accommodation which has proved ideal for our excursions to Granada, Ronda, Antequera and a couple of days away in Costa de la Luz visiting Jerez, Medina Sedonia, Arcos to name but a few. The weather has been wall to wall sunshine for the full two weeks. The Jacuzzi was most welcome as was the pleasant surroundings. We will certainly recommend "El Roble" to friends and family
It was good to have Spooks and Candy around, it's home to our 4 cats now!!

We loved the accommodation and location - the scenery is beautiful. Even though the weather took a turn for the worse for about 8 days, this didn't spoil our holiday. We found the Spanish people to be friendly & welcoming We travelled to many interesting places but were pleased we picked Alhaurin El Grande as it has a relaxed, community atmosphere. Thank you for being helpful but unobtrusive hosts. |

Wonderful accommodation, really great hospitality, and so peaceful. A few really, really relaxing days - and yet we didn't manage to find time to try the Jacuzzi. I guess we'll have to come back here again!! Getting lost in the backroads was an experience in itself, but good fun. Thanks for everything. |

We were looking for a place to de-stress and relax and we found it. Somehow the website did not do it justice. It was even better than we imagined. This has been the most perfect week and certainly the best place I have ever stayed in whilst in Spain. We will definitely recommend it to our friends and maybe even return ourselves one day! |

We enjoyed our stay immensely, very relaxing and peaceful K`s golf swing has improved, our walks in Refugio del Juanar and visit to Alhambra were memorable (as well as the food we had). Had a wonderful time, with sun and mellow temperatures. After -15 C at home in Norway it seemed quite tropical! The flat has been ideal for us as a base for excursions to a number of lovely places. and the Jacuzzi has been pure bliss!! A place we shall certainly recommend to others, especially fellow birders, as we have seen many species here we don't see at home!

We have had a wonderful time here in "Andalucia" and we could not have chosen a better place to stay. "Andalucia" is a great place to have holidays especially when it reminds me about my home country. Oh... I am going to miss it so much. Now that we get back to Denmark. We Loved visiting Sevilla, Ronda and especially Granada. Alhambra is one of the most amazing places we have ever visited We are both speechless. Now we are getting back to Denmark, to busy days and all our projects If you ever plan to visit Denmark you are always very welcome to visit us.

A much enjoyed stay in a beautiful villa with breath taking scenery. We felt at home, the kittens made our stay much more welcoming. Your hospitality was superb. The whole week was stress-free & relaxing especially the Jacuzzi. Thank you very much for booking the horse riding session (Keith) and showing us the way home after getting lost (Simon). We surely will make another visit. Perfect location in Spain. We had a great time bathing in the sun and sitting in the bubbling, warm and lovely Jacuzzi. The view was amazing.
