Mijas
Mijas, one of the pretty white villages, is just a short drive from Alhaurin. Mijas has a good variety of bars and restaurants some of which have fantastic views across to the coast. There are ample souvenir shops stocking traditional Spanish pottery, lace work, table cloths, leather goods etc. Here you will also find horse drawn carriages and donkeys to take you around the village.
