Nerja
An hours drive away you can visit the bay of Nerja with its beach bars and restaurants. The oldest part of Nerja dating back to the 14th Century has cobbled streets with many interesting shops and tapas bars.
A trip to the spectacular Nerja Caves, just 3kms from the centre of Nerja itself is also well worth a visit, there is an extensive visitors centre and self service buffet restaurant.
There is a Flamenco Music and Dance Festival held in the caves each July.
