This south facing two bedroom, two bathroom self catering villa is ideal for 4 guests plus baby. It is registered as a Vivienda Rural  with The Tourist Board of Andalusia.

This holiday villa has both a private swimming pool and jacuzzi / hot tub and is set overlooking the beautiful Andalucia countryside, a perfect base for your vacation in Andalucia. This holiday accommodation is air-conditioned, heated and double glazed, is set above peaceful, private woodlands perfect for artists, bird watchers or just people who enjoy beautiful countryside.

The villa guests have sole use of all areas of the villa, its patios, roof terrace, gardens and both the Swimming Pool and Spa Pool / Hot Tub. The secure swimming pool area can be separated from the main patio and villa areas with a child proof gate, if necessary.

The villa, gardens and patio have spectacular views across the Mijas Mountains and towards Alhaurin el Grande. The roof terrace has breathtaking 360 degree views of the surrounding beautiful Andalucia countryside and is a wonderful place to sit in the evening with a glass of wine.

Within walking distance of the villa, approximately 1.5kms, there are a choice of country bars/restaurants in addition El Corcho is just 3kms from Alhaurin el Grande with its fantastic choice of tapas bars and restaurants

Please note there is no smoking allowed in any of the villa, garden or terrace areas due to it being situated in Spain's protected Cork Oak woods. For the same reason no charcoal barbecues are allowed, a gas barbecue is provided.
