Rental conditions

Breakage Deposit
Breakage Deposit of 50 euros per person, this is refundable subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Reservation Deposit
25% of the rental for your stay at El Corcho Villa must be paid on booking. A Booking Form must also be completed.

PayPal
We can accept payment via PayPal, this method of payment has an additional charge of 4%.

Maximum number of guests
La Bellota can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests plus baby.

Balance Payment
The balance of the rental payment, together with the Breakage Deposit, must be received 8 weeks prior to your arrival.

Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival
The total rental plus Breakage Deposit must be paid on reservation. A Booking Form must also be completed.

Debit and Credit Card Payments
Debit Card payments are processed free of additional charges.
Credit Card Payments are processed for an additional charge of 2%.
Business, corporate or purchasing card payments are processed for an additional charge of 2.5%.

Breakfast Pack 15 € per stay
Bread (White or Brown), jam, 1 litre of orange juice, milk, 2 litres water, butter. (Tea, coffee and sugar are already in property)

Full Size Wooden Cot 30 € per week

After Midnight Arrivals 50 € per stay
There is an additional charge per booking if your arrival at the property is after midnight. e.g. flight arrivals at Malaga Airport after 10.30pm.

Midweek arrival 75 € per stay
At certain times of the year we charge an additional fee for arriving on Mondays to Fridays
